Artists application process & Conditions of Entry
Following materials should be submitted by artist:
1) A link to the artist web page with at least 30-40 artworks. Alternatively - it's possible to send small artworks via email in zip file. Please
contact us for that option.
2) A resume comprising the artist’s statement, portrait, exhibitions and awards.
The application will be reviewed within 2 weeks by our curatorial board, which carefully examines and selects the artworks.
The application will be accepted only if 20 if the submitted artworks are selected.
Portfolio fee: We charge a symbolic price of 15 US$ per month, with the last 2 months of the year free of charge for the first year.
Our servicesWe offer our artists the following services:
Galleries:Portfolio:We build an initial portfolio page with a minimum of 20 artworks.
For example 
Then every month we encourage the artists to update us with new artworks, from which we select new additions to the portfolio.
If an artwork has a title, please specify it. If there's some story behind the artwork, or if the artwork received any award, please also specify. - we add it to the "description" field under the artwork.

Biography:We write a non formal summary text about the artist's vision and awards above the gallery.
We also prepare a full resume in our format - click on the icon from right side from the text - "download PDF CV".

Thematic galleries:There are
thematic galleries under which the artists' artworks are classified.
Photography/Paintings & graphics galleries:We also separate
photography portfolios from
paintings and graphics portfolios.
Selling artworks:Two options are available:
1) We do not list the price of the artworks. We offer a "contact us" option. Customers interested in buying the artwork should contact us and we will specify all the details.

2) we add a PayPal button with all the payment details.
For each artwork with a selling option, please specify the available sizes and the price you wish to receive for it.
We charge a 30% commission, thus we add these 30% to the price specified by artist.
We also add all printing and shipping costs to the final price.
For paintings - please specify if you intend to sell the original or the printed copy.
Note: we do not guarantee any selling, but we do our best to present and promote the artist. We provide a good exposure, which increases the chance of selling the artworks.
Promotion:Social networks:We promote all the artists on
Beauty Saves the World community page on
Facebook which has over 10000 followers.
We attach links to the artists portfolios and to selected artworks, we announce news concerning changes. We also upload certain artworks of the artist to Facebook album with all credits and link to artist portfolio on each artwork.

Events and exhibitions:
We organize exhibitions whenever possible. In 2010 we organized two exhibitions:
Magic Realism & Real MagicThree Women - Three WorldsWe promote each exhibition in the media - TV, internet portals, magazines, blogs, social networks etc...
We also publish announcements concerning exhibitions by our artists and events related to our artists, which are organized by other parties.
